Our Operations Team conducts unannounced day and night inspection visits to all client sites. Mobile supervisors check that guards are in full uniform, alert, maintaining their post, and following client-specific protocols. Any issues are addressed immediately. Clients can also contact our 24/7 control room at any time to raise concerns or request a supervisor visit.

Yes, absolutely. All Gurkha Guard officers undergo a thorough pre-employment screening that includes police clearance certificate verification, reference checks, physical fitness assessment, identity verification, and employment history review. Guards with any criminal record are not employed under any circumstances.

We offer both short-term contracts (ideal for events, construction projects, or temporary requirements) and long-term annual contracts for ongoing site security needs. Our standard contracts include agreed service levels, escalation procedures, and regular review meetings. All contracts are clearly written in Nepali and/or English.

For standard guard deployments, we typically require 3–5 working days after contract signing to complete guard selection, briefing, and site induction. Yes. Gurkha Guard maintains liability insurance and guard accident insurance for all deployed personnel. This provides protection for both our clients and our employees in the unlikely event of an incident at a client's premises.
